How protective are your phone cases?
Our phone cases feature a dual-layer structure that offers excellent protection while remaining lightweight.

The inner layer is made of flexible TPU, which acts like a cushion to absorb shocks and reduce impact—think of it as a soft, protective buffer.

The outer shell is made of tough polycarbonate (PC), which adds rigidity and protects against drops, scratches, and everyday wear.
This combination of soft inner support and hard outer defense creates a well-balanced, armour-like protection system—superior to regular single-layer cases in both shock absorption and durability.
Will your phone case turn yellow over time?
No, it won’t. The outer shell is made of durable polycarbonate (PC), and the inner TPU layer is specially treated to resist discoloration.
That said, to keep your case in its best condition, we recommend avoiding contact with substances like fuel, oil, cosmetics, or other liquids containing harsh chemicals, as they may cause unexpected discoloration or material degradation.
How long does it take to make my case?
Each piece is made to order, just for you. Our team brings your design to life in 2–4 business days.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder (it might be hiding there).
Still nothing? No worries—just email us at service@uookqi.com and we’ll re-send it for you.
You can also log in to our website and click on ORDER TRACKING in the top right corner to check your order status and shipping updates.
How long does it take to ship after I place my order?
Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after they are placed.
For delivery, please allow:

I made a mistake with my order – can I fix it?
No dramas! Just email us at service@uookqi.com within 4 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
If your order has already shipped, we’re sorry—but we won’t be able to make any changes.
If you need to update your shipping address, you can try contacting the delivery carrier directly once you receive their tracking notification.
If you'd still like to make changes—such as a return or exchange—please follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to cancel it for you.
However, if your order has already been dispatched, we’re sorry—we won’t be able to retrieve it from the delivery truck or plane.
In this case, once you receive your item, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We’ll help you arrange a return or exchange as quickly as possible.
